In ancient times, Luminus was a unified and harmonious empire, where dragons soared across the sky and magic flowed freely. However, this tranquility was shattered when a Dark God sought to exploit the power of the monsters for his own sinister purposes. Alongside this malevolent deity, mysterious stones known as the Dark Stones descended from the heavens, bringing with them disaster and chaos.

The Dark God also dispatched his servants to further the spread of darkness. These included the Demon King, who established himself in the Demon Tower; the Ork Chief, residing in the Ork Maze; the Baroness, who took control of the Spider Dungeon; Azrael, found in the Catacombs of the Devil; Beran-Setaou, located in the Dragon's Lair; and the Satanic Butcher, stationed in the Enigma Temple. These servants wreaked havoc across the land, intensifying the strife and destruction.

The battle between the Dark God and the forces of Luminus was fierce and devastating. It led to the once-united empire splitting into two distinct realms: Chunjo and Jinno. Nevertheless, each realm took separate paths influenced by their own beliefs and traditions. Both realms, however, carried the marks of those ancient times.

In the Kingdom of Chunjo, situated in the west, the people turned to their deep-rooted spiritual beliefs to combat the encroaching darkness. They developed powerful magical arts and built grand temples to honor their gods, striving to protect their realm from the growing corruption. Their society was guided by religious teachings and the pursuit of mystical knowledge, as they sought to restore balance to their land amidst the chaos.

On the other hand, the Kingdom of Jinno, located to the east, adopted a more militaristic approach. Driven by the desire to conquer and control, they focused on harnessing the power of the Dark Stones for their own gain. The Yamen people became formidable warriors, their society built around strength and strategy. Their leaders aimed to subdue the chaos and unify the continent under their rule, believing that only through dominance could peace be achieved.

Both areas were still shaped by the consequences of the ancient war and as well as the impact of Dark Stones. Mutated beasts and remnants of dark God’s influence constituted a recurring threat to Chunjo and Jinno society, hence making them engage in continuous struggles. They fought for not only their homes but also for how they would find their way back to normalcy after a once great empire had lost its tune.

Nevertheless, the legend of Luminus endures; it is a story of a golden era ripped apart by malevolent forces and mysterious stones, as well as a persistent struggle between two domains hoping to rise above their pasts.
