Big Fixes

Fixed an issue at Hunting Quests which sometimes made the quest to enter in a state where you could no longer continue making the missions.
Fixed that on item quest type items it displayed the bonuses and informations of Beginner's Favor item.
Fixed that characters above level 1 couldn't recieve the Beginner Chest at the first login.
